Dear all,
I believe,now the time has come,when we should all sit together and began thinking how can we move ahead,when all communities especially ST,SC,OBCs,Jat,Rajaputs,even Agarwals,Jains,etc,eating the share of Kayastha frpm the pie of high Govt.services.While examining UPSC and PSC results,we find hardly any Kayastha in the entire list.Our community is not blessed with much money,but we are blessed with knowledge and wisdom,but this also day by day going down.
I do not know,how our youths would fight with the situation,when they will have neither money nor good service,and this situation will push our community to EWS of the society.

I call all individuals/Businessman/Indusralists/Burecrats/students/Doctors/Engineers/Ladies to come forward and make a forum to act as a think pad.
